Qualification:

Engineering Graduate from National Institute of Technology, Bhopal and Diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University.

Experience:

Shri Anand Dubey is presently holding the position of CGM (AM - Digital) – at Corporate office of POWERGRID. He has rich experience of over 28 years in Power Sector. He, as POWERGRID’s officer under different capacities, has been associated with Substation Commissioning to O&M of transmission system upto 765kV. He has been associated with various important grid connectivity projects like 400kV Raipur- Rourkela (ER-WR) and 765kV Gwalior-Agra (WR-NR). He was also involved in commissioning of FACTs devices like TCSC and STATCOM. He has participated in various national and inter-national technical conferences and has established credentials as EHV transmission system O&M expert. 
He has effectively contributed towards setting up of O&M system of one of the largest regions of POWERGRID.
