This premium sector focussed session will deliberate on the existing legal and regulatory framework in the country, its compliances, challenges being faced by stakeholders in implementing the regulations, future regulatory outlook and role of regulators in achieving India’s vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 and Net Zero emissions target. The Session shall have three panel discussions covering Regulatory compliances and Challenges; Viksit Bharat 2047 – Regulators Role in Power Sectors’ Growth and Energy Transition- Challenges and Way Forward.
