The session will spotlight the role of young professionals, students, researchers, and emerging leaders in shaping the future of energy systems. As the India’s power sector undergoes rapid transformation driven by decarbonization, digitalization, decentralization, and electrification, the next generation will play a critical role in accelerating innovation and ensuring a resilient and sustainable energy future. This session provides a dynamic platform for youth voices to engage directly with industry leaders, policymakers, and investors and aims to inspire, empower, and integrate young talent into mainstream energy dialogues while fostering leadership, entrepreneurship, and technical excellence.
