29 years of professional experience in NHPC Limited with exposure in all aspects of Hydro Power Projects with demonstrated expertise in Designing, Execution, Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance of Hydro Power Projects and Transmission Lines.
Presently heading the Contract (E&M) Divn., NHPC Limited, Corporate Office handling  Procurement & Contract Management function of Electro-Mechanical Works of Hydro Projects, Pump Storage Schemes and Renovation & Modernization of Hydro Projects, Procurement of Major Generating Equipment & Spares for O&M Projects along with Handling contractual issues and claims related to Electro-Mechanical Works.
Immensely contributed to the NHPC’s strategic direction in formulating Corporate Plans with projections up to 2032 and 2047, aligning with market trends and national goals. 
Contributed significantly to the successful trial run and commissioning of the 800 MW Parbat Hydroelectric Project (Stage-II), Execution & commissioning of 510 MW Teesta-V Hydroelectric Project along with Operation and maintenance of Uri (480 MW), Dhauliganga (280 MW) & Tanakpur (94.2 MW) as Head of the Unit.
