Mr. Harsh Shah is the Managing Director of IndiGrid. He brings extensive experience in the infrastructure sector, spanning bidding, financing, operations, mergers & acquisitions, and regulatory policy. A founding member of IndiGrid, he played a pivotal role in establishing IndiGrid – India’s first Infrastructure Investment Trust in the power space. He also serves on SEBI’s Advisory Committee for InvITs and REITs.

Prior to IndiGrid, Mr. Shah held leadership and operational roles with Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, Larsen & Toubro Limited, L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited, and Procter & Gamble International Operations Pte. Limited. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Nirma Institute of Technology, Gujarat University.
