Mr Pankaj Chadha, Chairman EEPC India, Board Member — FIEO (Leading their MSME Panel) and Managing partner at Jyoti Steel Industries (Government recognized 3 Star Trading House) has a chequered career to his credit. Mr Chadha was one of the youngest Chartered Accountants of his time, passing the examination, considered as second most difficult exam of India, at the age of only 21 years at first attempt. He did his Bachelor of Commerce from the famous Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai.

As an industry leader, Mr Chadha has held several important positions in the past, including the post of the Chairman of EEPC Western Region, he was member of the Padmanabhan Committee that was constituted by Reserve Bank of India and also he served as Vice Chairman for few years and Senior Vice Chairman of EEPC India before his present post as Chairman. His own company, Jyoti Steel Industries is currently exporting Steel/Stainless Bars/Wires to over 45 countries of the world with an export revenue of approximately 350 Crores. It is one of the largest exporters in SME sector from EEPC India. 

A winner of several awards and accolades, including the Export Excellency Award in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Sector from EEPC on behalf of Jyoti Steel Industries for the last 24 years consecutively, the Export Excellency Award in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Sector from the Maharashtra Government on behalf of Jyoti Steel Industries for the last 10 years consecutively, Mr Chadha has set the mantle of excellence to great heights. His knowledge of Exim Policy and Direct and Indirect Taxes makes him an important entrant and facilitator in most Open Houses and Government representations.

When he is not brainstorming with policy makers, or giving business talks, Mr Chadha loves running Marathons. He is an avid runner, placed among the top 25 runners in his age group at the Mumbai Marathon. He is also a qualified Yoga Instructor with a Master degree in Yoga.
