Kunal is a Principal at Kearney and a core member of the Power & Utilities and Energy practice. He brings nearly 10 years of combined consulting and industry experience, focused on transformation across energy-intensive sectors.

He advises utilities, public-sector enterprises, and large industrial players on improving power procurement, reducing energy costs, and driving asset-level performance turnarounds. His work spans renewable portfolio optimization, power asset performance improvement, procurement strategy design, and end-to-end transformation of generation businesses.

Kunal holds a B. Tech from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
