Presently working as Head Operation in TP Renewable Microgrid Ltd (TPRMG) a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Power. Tata Power has launched world’s largest Renewable Microgrid program to provide electricity to 10,000 villages. Apart from providing reliable and affordable power supply to rural consumer the impetus will also be to develop 5,000 micro-entrepreneurs. Leading the core team involved in conceptualization to commissioning of Renewable Microgrid in Tata Power, he started this journey in 2016 with commissioning of two pilot Microgrid projects in Bihar. Tata Power has partnered with Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research, Institute of Transformative Technology and Tata Trust to establish demonstration solar micro-grids in India.
