Shri. Sunil Kumar Dhyan Ram Jaiswar is an Electrical Engineer from Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad (Dr. APJAK Technical University), and holds an M. Tech in Electrical Machines & Drives from IIT (BHU), Varanasi.

He is proficient in PSS®E for load flow and contingency analysis, with expertise in SCADA/EMS platforms and WAMS. He excels in network topology modelling, telemetry integration, and IEGC compliance, utilizing Outage Management Systems (OMS) to ensure operational security. He has 12 years of expertise in the Indian Power Grid having core Areas of expertise Real-Time Grid Operations & Security,  SCADA/EMS Implementation & Upgradation and Operational Planning & System Studies.

Real-Time Grid Operations & Security (5 Years):- He worked as a Control Room Operator and Security Desk operator. He has expertise in managing grid parameters, contingency handling, and maintaining grid discipline per IEGC provisions

SCADA/EMS Implementation & Upgradation (5 Years):- He played an instrumental role in upgrading the SCADA/EMS at the NLDC, focusing on network topology modelling and telemetry integration to ensure precise State Estimation and contingency analysis. He further pioneered the commissioning of India’s first Renewable Energy Management Centre (REMC), leading the development of its foundational SCADA databases and network models for green energy integration.

Operational Planning & System Studies (2 Years):- Managed planned and emergency grid outages by balancing maintenance requirements with high-stakes reliability. He utilized PSS®E to conduct rigorous N−1 and N−1−1 contingency analyses and steady-state load flow studies, ensuring minimal risk and robust operational security during critical system transitions.

Current  responsibility- Serving as Control Room system operator, responsible for the real-time stability of large-scale interconnected power networks at NLDC.
